A: Mini sessions include the use of one themed set only.

If you would like to use or offer more than one set to your clients, we suggest booking the Holiday Loft or multiple sessions.

A: The studio fees listed on our website does NOT include a photographer or photography services.

You may bring your own camera or hire a photographer.

Please reach out to us directly if you would like a list of recommendations.

A: If you plan to host a mini-session marathon during mini weekends OR have sessions shorter than 20 minutes, please bring your own assistant.

Our studio staff will be managing guests for all three sets and may be unavailable to help lost guests between sessions.

A: The natural light stays consistent for most of the day, but will start to fade between 3 pm and 5 pm.

You may choose to bring your own off-camera flash or continuous lighting, however, you must include set up and tear down in your studio time as you will not be able to enter the studio early or extend your time.

A: House-trained, well-behaved, and leashed pets are permitted in the studio, BUT are not allowed on the furniture.

You may be asked to wait outside until your scheduled session time. Clients are also responsible for cleaning up accidents or damages to studio property due to failure to follow studio rules.

A: Due to multiple sessions going on at once during mini-session weekends, our changing room will only be available for nursing mothers.

A: The building heat runs select hours during the day and the studio can get rather chilly during the evening hours after it shuts off.

While we take measures to ensure our space is at a comfortable temperature, these measures are often inadequate on extreme temperature days. We urge clients to take outdoor weather conditions into consideration when booking the studio and dress accordingly.

A: There is one accessible ramp and a freight elevator available, however, both are located on the opposite side of the building from the studio space.

Please book a studio tour to ensure our space meets your or your client’s needs.

A: If you are unfamiliar with the location of our studio, we strongly recommend scheduling a free studio tour at your convenience ahead of time.
